December 19, 2023: With great sadness, we report that our sweet Charlie crossed the rainbow bridge on Thursday afternoon, December 14. Unfortunately, he had a very aggressive, fast-growing form of cancer, and there was nothing we could do to help. A couple of our members were there with him, and he got lots of love and petting in his final moments. Charlie first appeared in January of 2016 over at Ceramics where we fed Cindy, but he quickly relocated to CV and happily settled in with Gray Mama, Rocky, Rusty, Harry, and later Hobbs. He was a beautiful, fluffy, sweet kitty, always wanting to be petted, but he could never get enough attention! Those of us who knew and loved Charlie are heartbroken – especially as he was only about 8 – so young. We take comfort in knowing he was loved and cared for and will not be in pain or suffering. RIP our sweet boy… —

Charlie (born in approx. 2015) showed up at Ceramics in the winter of 2015 and hung out with Cindy until the spring of 2016 there. Then, he has moved over to Chaparral Village in the summer. He is a gray/white, medium-haired kitty and hangs out with the CV kitties.
